We offer a 90-day replacement window. If a placed candidate leaves or does not meet expectations within 90 days, we will work to provide a suitable replacement at no additional placement fee. Terms are outlined in your partner agreement.

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay). All transactions are encrypted.

For candidates, the ₹199 registration fee is generally non-refundable as it covers verification services rendered immediately. Exceptions exist for duplicate payments and technical failures. Internal recruiters earn a commission based on successful placements. Commissions are processed for placements that meet the required retention period. Details are outlined in each recruiter's employment agreement.

All data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption at rest and transmitted via HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We follow data minimisation principles and only collect information necessary for our services.

Only verified recruiters and partner employers can view your profile for the purpose of job matching. You can control your profile visibility from your dashboard settings at any time.

Sensitive documents like identity proofs are encrypted at rest and only accessed during the verification process by authorised personnel. Bank details are stored securely and used solely for payment processing.
