What Makes Cloudbeds Unique At Cloudbeds, we're not just building software, we’re transforming hospitality. Our intelligently designed platform powers properties across 150 countries, processing billions in bookings annually. From independent properties to hotel groups, we help hoteliers transform operations and uplevel their commercial strategy through a unified platform that integrates with hundreds of partners. And we do it with a completely remote team. Imagine working alongside global innovators to build AI-powered solutions that solve hoteliers' biggest challenges. Since our founding in 2012, we've become the World's Best Hotel PMS Solutions Provider and landed on Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 again in 2024, but we're just getting started. How You'll Make an Impact As a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist - Accounting (Europe), you will help our European hotel customers unlock the full potential of Cloudbeds' financial and accounting capabilities. You will work directly with clients and their accounting teams to guide them through end-to-end accounting configuration — from chart of accounts mapping and tax setup to ERP integrations and fiscal compliance — ensuring every property is set up correctly and running smoothly from day one. This is a customer-facing role requiring equal parts hospitality, accounting expertise, technical curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed. If you thrive behind a spreadsheet but prefer not to engage with customers directly, this role is not the right fit. Our Onboarding & Accounting Integration Team We sit at the intersection of hospitality expertise and technical execution — solving real financial challenges that hotel operators face every day. We move fast, collaborate closely with Engineering, Support, and Sales, and take genuine pride in helping customers connect their financial backbone to Cloudbeds. If you love solving problems that actually matter to the people you are helping, you will feel right at home here.
