About The Role

We need a Product Manager who can operate at the pace of an AI-native software consultancy. You'll own the product lifecycle across multiple client engagements - from initial scoping and user research through to shipping and measuring outcomes. This isn't a process-management role. You'll be expected to challenge assumptions, make hard calls, and push for the right product decisions even when they're uncomfortable.

What you'll do

Own product scoping, user story mapping, and backlog prioritisation across client projectsRun discovery workshops with client stakeholders to extract real requirementsDefine and track product success metrics - not vanity metricsWrite clear, detailed PRDs and acceptance criteria that engineers can build againstCoordinate delivery between engineering, design, and client teamsIdentify and manage scope creep, technical debt, and timeline risksFacilitate sprint reviews, retrospectives, and client demos

What we're looking for

4+ years of product management experience in a software or tech companyStrong understanding of AI/LLM capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use casesExperience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication - you write PRDs that engineers loveData-driven approach to product decisions - comfortable with analytics toolsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping quality

Experience working in a software consultancy or agencyTechnical background - you can read code, understand APIs, and hold your own in architecture discussionsFamiliarity with AI evaluation frameworks and LLMOps conceptsExperience with enterprise clients and stakeholder management
