Analyst, Identity & KYC

<h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>About the role</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We are hiring for an Analyst to support identity and KYC risk strategy on our Financial Crimes &amp; Identity team. As our Analyst, you will help strengthen how we detect and prevent fraud across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing monitoring. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to improve identity verification, risk decisioning, and overall member experience while keeping Chime safe from financial crime.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $93,000.00 and up to $128,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>In this role, you can expect to</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support the development and refinement of risk strategies across KYC, identity verification, and onboarding controls</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Contribute to decisioning frameworks, policies, and thresholds to manage financial crimes and identity risk</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Member Services to implement risk strategies into workflows and systems</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Analyze trends, emerging typologies, and control performance to identify opportunities for improvement</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Participate in evaluations of identity verification vendors and solutions, including testing and optimization</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support audits, regulatory exams, and remediation efforts related to KYC and identity controls</span></li> <li style="
