Responsibilities
Deliver L3 support, change requests, minor enhancements, and integration services across CCISites and connected platforms.Support APIs, enterprise integrations, middleware interactions, deployment activities, and monitoring solutions. Perform application maintenance, incident resolution, integration troubleshooting, and release support activities.
