Assistant Product Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Product Manager from the pharmaceutical industry to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, brand strategy, and market analysis within the pharma sector. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement product strategies to drive market growth and profitability. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, regulatory, and medical affairs, to ensure successful product launches and promotions. Develop marketing plans and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and sales performance. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales and market positioning. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams, to ensure product success. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Experience: 5 to 8 years in product management within the pharmaceutical industry. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing/Pharmaceutical Management is a plus. Industry Background: Candidates must have experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Strong understanding of pharma market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple products and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
