Associate Manager, Offline Marketing

Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company with a mission of helping patients achieve their health goals by delivering the easiest, most effective care possible. Ro is the only company to offer nationwide telehealth, labs, and pharmacy services. This is enabled by Ro's vertically integrated platform that helps patients achieve their goals through a convenient, end-to-end healthcare experience spanning from diagnosis, to delivery of medication, to ongoing care. Since 2017, Ro has helped millions of patients in nearly every single county in the United States, including 99% of primary care deserts. Ro is consistently recognized as a top workplace in Health Care, in New York, and for Women and Parents—earning more than 20 honors from Fortune, Great Place to Work, and PEOPLE since 2021. In 2025 alone, we ranked top 5 among medium workplaces in Health Care and New York, and top 50 nationwide. We are seeking a curious, analytical and results-driven marketing professional to join our Offline Marketing team and help drive new patient growth across Audio, YouTube and endorser partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Offline Marketing, you will own the day-to-day management and optimization of a growing portfolio of Audio and YouTube campaigns across Ro’s conditions while helping build the next generation of our endorser partnership program. You’ll work across podcast, streaming audio, YouTube and talent partnerships to identify new opportunities, evaluate and structure deals, optimize existing campaigns, and develop a proactive pipeline of endorsers who can help Ro reach and acquire new patients. The ideal candidate combines strong media and performance-marketing instincts with an enthusiasm for creators, talent and partnerships. You are comfortable using data to make decisions, managing a large portfolio of campaigns and external partners, and moving between day-to-day execution and longer-term opportunities to improve and grow a program. This role is highly cross-functional and requires a collaborative approach to working across multiple agency partners, Creative, Legal, Product Marketing, Engineering and Medical teams.
