About the role

GIC Private Equity seeks a seasoned investment professional to join the Direct Investments Group (Asia) in Singapore. You will evaluate minority equity, growth capital, buyouts, and structured transactions, while monitoring portfolio companies and guiding exits. Reporting to the Heads of Direct Investments Group (Asia Hub), you will lead due diligence, pricing, deal structuring, and negotiations, interacting with management, fund managers, and external advisors across Asia. Requirements

7+ years experience in private equity or direct investments
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
Strong understanding of investment valuation and deal structuring
Experience in Asia markets
Proven negotiation and communication skills
