If you are too, let's talk.</p></div><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>EMEA Benefits Manager</strong> to oversee and optimize our regional benefit programs. Based in Dublin and reporting to our US-based leadership, you will lead the implementation, day-to-day administration, and compliance of Okta's Total Rewards offerings across the EMEA region.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with strong business acumen, capable of translating complex data into financial projections and actionable strategy. You must be an execution-focused leader who excels at managing multiple deadlines, building cross-functional relationships, and influencing stakeholders at all levels of a global, matrixed organization.</p> <h3><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Deep Regional Expertise:</strong> Serve as the subject matter expert for complex, region-specific programs, particularly focusing on pension governance, healthcare trusts, and employee councils across EMEA.</li> <li><strong>Vendor Procurement & Governance:</strong> Own the full vendor lifecycle for regional insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators. Lead comprehensive onboarding, overseeing contract negotiations, security protocols, and data privacy reviews, while driving ongoing accountability through SLAs and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).</li> <li><strong>Strategic Administration & Integration:</strong> Manage the end-to-end administration of health, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives. Drive seamless data exchange between vendors, payroll, and internal HR platforms to minimize administrative friction and maximize data integrity.</li> <li><strong>Compliance, Risk & Benchmarking:</strong> Proactively monitor the EMEA regulatory landscape and conduct regular audits to ensure strict compliance with local laws.
