In this pivotal role, you'll enable our sales team to focus on high-value, revenue-generating activities by leveraging your analytical skills, project management expertise, and strategic thinking. Your role is critical in streamlining our sales pipeline and uncovering untapped potential in the AI market.</p> <h2>Responsibilities:</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain full ownership of pipeline generating activities in your sales territory</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and optimize lead handoff processes</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads</p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct initial qualifications for high-potential leads</p> </li> <li> <p>Outbound against strategic prospects to generate high-intent opportunities with Startup and Enterprise teams</p> </li> <li> <p>Support the development and execution of strategic outbound initiatives</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and resource allocation</p> </li> <li> <p>Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness</p> </li> </ul> <h2>You may be a good fit if you have:</h2> <ul> <li> <p>2-3+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup, preferably in lead management and project management roles or&nbsp;2-3+ years of experience in a field like finance &amp; investment banking, consulting or software engineering</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and SQL (preferred)</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models</p> </li> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field</p> </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.&nbsp;</p> <p>For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.</p></div><div class="title">Annual Salary:</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$116,480</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$131,040 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><h2><strong>Logistics</strong></h2> <p><strong>Minimum education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience</p> <p><strong>Required field of study:&nbsp;</strong>A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience</p> <p><strong>Minimum years of experience: </strong>Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position</p> <p><strong>Location-based hybrid policy:</strong> Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
