Flexdrive is a fleet management company that manages roughly 15,000 vehicles, that enables scale and structure for vehicle acquisition, lifetime value maximization and vehicle remarketing needs and is building the future of AV fleet management with operations in the US and Europe.</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced business operations professional who is passionate about developing Flexdrive’s systems, processes, and operations. In this role, you will focus on Flexdrive’s core business operations and financial responsibilities including financial reporting, cash management, vendor management, budgeting/forecasting and fleet management initiatives. In addition, this individual will build Flexdrive’s internal processes that will streamline financial reporting across multiple focus areas (vehicle acquisition, vehicle remarketing, salvaged vehicles, recoveries, and stolen vehicles).&nbsp;</p> <p>You'll act as a subject matter expert across multiple business verticals: owning month-end close deliverables, identifying anomalies in complex invoice workflows, supporting cash reconciliations in partnership with accounting, and working closely with cross-functional operational teams to build a full understanding of the business and uncover gaps to close.
