Business Systems Engineer

We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members belong and have the opportunity to thrive.</em></p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Responsible for generating and customizing reports summarizing business and financial data.</li> <li>Maintain and update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems and other methods to capture, analyze, and estimate customer business requirements.</li> <li>Build, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models based on design specifications and best practices.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into functional model components and develop and maintain data integrations between Anaplan and source systems.</li> <li>Design various financial planning and analysis (FP&amp;A) use cases, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as develop and implement automation routines and data integrations to streamline FP&amp;A processes.</li> <li>Create business intelligence tools and systems, including user-friendly dashboards and reports for business users.</li> <li>Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and provide end-user support.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Experience:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Position requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li> <li>3 years of experience in job offered, Engineering, or related occupation.</li> <li>At least 3 years’ experience with business intelligence and process flows to design custom solutions with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including finance, SCM, BICC, and OTBI reporting.</li> <li>At least 3 years’ experience with Anaplan or similar enterprise performance management for modeling, building, planning, analysis, and reporting.</li> <li>Experience developing plans and project management techniques to translate unstructured business problems into defined requirements.</li> <li>Experience transforming data and automating processes using Python or a similar scripting language.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Benefits:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Great medical, dental, and vision insurance options with additional programs available when enrolled</li> <li>Mental health benefits</li> <li>Family building benefits</li> <li>Child care and pet benefits</li> <li>401(k) plan to help save for your future</li> <li>In addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have discretionary paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off</li> <li>18 weeks of paid parental leave.
