The First Time CEO
Anywhere, IN · Remote · Full-time
About the job:
We have already mentored more than 10,000+ senior leaders personally with 1:1 calls over the last two decades, with more than 80% success rate. A major part of our journey is attributed to data- and systems-driven decision-making rather than emotional decision-making. Therefore, we prefer collaborating with people who are keen on growing with us for the long term and challenge themselves to get better every day.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the founder/CEO's calendar end-to-end, including client calls, sales meetings, internal reviews, and follow-up sessions. Ideally, a 70% show-up rate is expected month on month.
2. Communicate with prospects, clients, and team members in a warm, professional, and human manner. We highly appreciate non-mechanical responses since you are dealing directly with senior leaders.
3. Build rapport during every interaction so that people feel acknowledged, comfortable, and appropriately engaged before the meeting.
4. Read the other person's tone, level of interest, hesitation, urgency, or discomfort and adapt the communication accordingly (we will train you on this).
5. Ask relevant questions, listen carefully, and understand the context of a conversation instead of merely allocating a calendar slot.
6. Confirm appointments personally through WhatsApp, email, or phone, while identifying possible cancellations, confusion, or loss of interest in advance.
7. Exercise judgment when prioritising meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, protecting the founder's focus time, and maintaining suitable buffers.
8. Keep participants engaged between booking and meeting through timely reminders, relevant information, and meaningful follow-ups.
9. Take complete ownership of every appointment (from initial coordination and confirmation to attendance, rescheduling, and closure).
Please Note:
1. This role is quite satisfying but not for everyone and requires genuine human engagement. Every interaction will have its own set of unique dynamics. Therefore, one needs to remain actively involved, responsive, emotionally intelligent, and solution-oriented.
2. Further, if the role is mastered well in 6 months, the candidate can expect role enhancement into the sales front and get trained directly by the founder and directors of the organization.
