Each club is managed by volunteer Community Leaders who are experienced Hosts and Airbnb is here to connect, improve, and retain our Hosts.</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;">The Airbnb Community team is looking for an experienced&nbsp;<strong>Community Engagement Lead </strong>to lead the engagement for one of our most important host segments, our Community Leaders. This role is responsible for building and managing communications channels, engagement strategy, and content to drive Community Leader satisfaction, retention, and business impact.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><strong>A Typical Day:&nbsp;<br></strong></span></p> <p>Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Set a clear Community Leader engagement strategy and initiatives, and establish measurable goals that optimize for impact on Leaders and other critical host groups</li> <li>Develop and maintain key communication channels to engage and recognize our key host segments, including Community Leader Summits, Leader hub, Toolkits, office hours, AMAs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop new programs and initiatives to empower Leaders and foster host-host connection</li> </ul> <p>Operations</p> <ul> <li>Drive and own editorial calendar for all communications impacting Community Leaders at global and local level, leveraging this to drive strategic communications&nbsp;</li> <li>Own and develop the playbooks, guidelines, and resources to reduce operational burden off Community Managers in field across Community Leader summits and toolkits.&nbsp;</li> <li>Create financial and operational efficiencies across all engagement initiatives and programs, including owning and managing the events budget</li> </ul> <p>Measurement &amp; Stakeholder Management</p> <ul> <li>Define and measure engagement success across all engagement channels and initiatives regionally and globally.&nbsp;</li> <li>Analyze and report on Global Leader Community to inform broader strategy.</li> <li>Establish scalable mechanisms to gather feedback from Community Leaders regularly to improve and iterate on the program.</li> <li>Closely align with Host Education and Host Comms team to ensure cohesion of strategies.</li> <li>Partner closely with the Supply and Revenue Operations team to scale the impact of Host Forums and Community Leader summits globally.</li> <li>Manage Leader sentiment survey strategy, including: content, distribution, analyzing and reporting on the results to inform potential new opportunities.</li> </ul> <p>Special Projects:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Lead and/or support ad-hoc program management of key Community programs.
