Compensation Program Manager

The Team:

At Datadog, People Operations is more than just human resources—it’s a data-driven team dedicated to constantly improving the way we hire, develop, and support our most valuable asset: our people. • Provide operational analysis, reporting, and insights related to compensation programs, trends, market data, and internal equity

• Oversee compensation functionality and data in our systems and partner with HRIS and Analytics to continually enhance compensation and total rewards tooling

• Lead communications and change management for compensation programs and processes, including FAQs, manager resources, training, and enablement

• Partner cross-functionally to drive complex compensation initiatives from design through implementation and continuously improve processes and employee experience

Who You Are:

• Five to seven years or more, of compensation or related experience

• A flexible, low-ego approach to building and scaling the function, comfortable operating across high-level strategic program design and hands-on analytics, reporting, data cleanup, and operational execution

• Experience managing compensation programs and annual cycles, including equity programs and/or other variable compensation
