Your work promotes a culture of compliance by delivering practical, risk-based solutions that support regulatory requirements while protecting Affirm and its customers.</p> <p><br><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <p>As a collaborative, detail-oriented Compliance Analyst II, you'll help strengthen Affirm's compliance programs by developing impactful training, supporting governance processes, and partnering across teams to enable sustainable, scalable compliance.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and maintain compliance training that translates complex regulatory requirements into clear, engaging learning experiences, enabling employees to meet their compliance responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support the administration of Affirm's compliance training program by tracking completions, maintaining training records, coordinating enrollments, and preparing reports and audit-ready documentation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to gather feedback, manage content updates, and ensure training materials remain accurate, current, and well-documented.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support Shared Services governance programs by contributing to risk assessments, regulatory change management, and compliance issue management through documentation, reporting, action tracking, and evidence collection.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain organized documentation, version control, and evidence in accordance with established governance standards and procedures.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify opportunities to improve training materials, documentation, and operational processes that enhance the efficiency and consistency of compliance programs.</p> </li> </ul> <p><br><strong>What We Look For:</strong></p> <p>We're looking for a resourceful, analytical, and proactive Compliance Analyst II who applies sound judgment, communicates clearly, and delivers high-quality work while collaborating across teams in a regulated environment.</p> <ul> <li> <p>4+ years of experience supporting Compliance, Risk, Audit, Controls, or related governance programs, preferably within financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry.</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining compliance, risk, policy, or operational training, including drafting content, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and managing documentation and version control.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory or policy requirements into clear, practical learning content.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage assigned work, follow established processes, and maintain accurate documentation and evidence.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across functions and time zones while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with instructional design principles, multi-jurisdiction compliance training, or governance activities such as regulatory change management, risk assessments, or compliance issue management is a plus.</p> </li> </ul> <h4><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></h4> <div> <p><strong>Base Pay Grade</strong>&nbsp;<strong>- H</strong></p> <p><strong>Equity Grade</strong>&nbsp;<strong>- Poland 2</strong></p> <p>Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.&nbsp;</p> <p>Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents).
