As our workforce evolves, we are strengthening how we manage and scale our extended workforce globally.</p> <p>As a Contingent Workforce Planning Partner, you will lead the strategy and day-to-day operations of our Extended Workforce (XWF) program as we re-establish and scale this function within People Operations. You will oversee the full lifecycle of contingent workers, from budget intake through offboarding, while implementing systems and processes that improve visibility, compliance, and efficiency. This role partners closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and business leaders to ensure workforce decisions are informed by accurate data and aligned with company priorities.
