• Support the Sales Cycle: Demonstrate flexibility required to service a demanding sales organization during high-volume, critical time constraints at month-end and quarter-end close cycles

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate daily with quote-to-cash teams (Deal Strategy, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Sales Operations) to support contractual terms and execute revenue transactions

• Review & Negotiation: Review requests for signatures against policy requirements and assist in reviewing and drafting non-complex negotiated legal agreements on Fastly forms following playbook guidance

• Process & Documentation Support: Contribute to team documentation, playbooks, templates, and knowledge management to drive process improvements and operational efficiency

• Communication & Escalation: Maintain timely communication regarding the status of requests, tickets, and tasks, promptly escalating blockers and complex issues with appropriate recommendations and context

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree

• Experience: 2-4 years of contract management experience in SaaS, AI or other high-growth and fast-paced technology environments

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience and proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and automated CLM tools (such as Ironclad and Docusign) and AI-assisted negotiation tools such as Claude or Gemini to efficiently scale commercial contracting deal support. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

• Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate contract administration issues to partners (e.g., attorneys, sales teams) and build trusted internal relationships

• Judgment & Problem Solving: Strong time-management and organization skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment in executing risk-based assessments aligned with Contracts team policy framewo
