Your mission We’re looking for you! TikTok Shop is changing the way people shop online – and you can be part of it from the very beginning. Trend & Format Development: You spot emerging TikTok trends early and turn them into new content formats that convert and scale. Creator Coaching: You actively support our affiliate partners with hooks, trend insights, and content feedback – helping them create videos that don’t just look good, but actually sell. Strong understanding of TikTok hooks, social commerce, and creator content optimization – you know what makes content perform and convert. Native-level Portuguese and good English skills for internal communication. Why us? You’ll join an international, high-energy team where ideas don’t get stuck in meetings – they get executed. Real Growth: Build expertise in some of the most in-demand areas of digital marketing right now – creators, e-commerce, and live shopping. Strong Team: International, fast-paced, and open-minded – we work hard, and we make sure to have fun while doing it. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
