We are looking for a Customer Sales Director to focus on an at-scale strategy to support, retain, and grow a mix of our Commercial and Enterprise customer base. About the Role  We are looking for a Customer Sales Director to focus on an at-scale strategy to support, retain, and grow a mix of our Commercial and Enterprise customer base. This role is a hybrid-based role in Austin, Texas. What You'll Do <ul> <li>Build a strategic plan to drive expansion in a portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise accounts</li> <li>Manage multiple sales cycles and customer campaigns targeting Analytics Engineering, Data Platform, and Data Governance personas.</li> <li>Protect renewals by monitoring account signals, deepening executive alignment, and helping customers realize consistent value.</li> </ul> What You’ll Need <ul> <li>Have 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.</li> <li>Have experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting quickly to constant change.</li> <li>Possesses strong consultative selling skills, engaging effectively with both technical and business audiences.</li> <li>Are proactive and organized, capable of independently managing a diverse book of business.</li> </ul> What Will Make You Stand Out <ul> <li>You have prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software.</li> <li>You are familiar with dbt (c
