The ideal candidate will have a strong data and development background with the ability to tie data engineering and analytics initiatives to business impact.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will be part of a team that empowers the enterprise with trusted, timely, and actionable insights to drive business transformation and customer value.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and coach a team of data engineers, cultivating a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development discussions with team members.</li> <li>Drive recruiting and hiring efforts to build and maintain a high-performing engineering team.</li> <li>Report on team progress, challenges, and technical roadmaps to the U.S. based manager.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Execution &amp; Guidance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide clear technical guidance and direction, ensuring the team adheres to best practices in data engineering, testing, and deployment.</li> <li>Act as a hands-on data engineering contributor, directly involved in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.</li> <li>Participate in architectural reviews and technical design discussions, making sound and timely technical decisions.</li> <li>Ensure the team maintains rigorous standards for code quality, system performance, and reliability across all systems.</li> <li>Optimize the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and deployment processes to enhance efficiency and speed of delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Project &amp; Operational Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage project timelines, resource allocation,
