Reporting to your lead, you'll join a team that partners closely with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success to keep improving how customers access and interpret their data. It's a hands-on, collaborative group that treats every reporting question as a chance to make the platform and the customer's business a little smarter. What You Bring to the Team: You've spent time inside hotels and property management systems; you understand hospitality data isn't just numbers on a screen; it's occupancy, revenue, and guest behaviour telling a story. You're comfortable with advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas) and have worked with BI or reporting tools involving dashboards, filters, and custom reports. You communicate clearly in written and verbal English, translating technical reporting concepts into plain language for customers who may not be data experts. You're detail-oriented, adaptable to shifting priorities, and genuinely enjoy solving the puzzle when a report doesn't add up.
