Director, Brand and Creative Operations

<h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>About the role</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We are hiring for a Director of Creative Operations and Production to lead how our in-house creative team operates and scales. In this role, you’ll build the systems, processes, and resourcing models that enable our creatives to do their best work—while ensuring we deliver high-quality output efficiently across all marketing channels. You’ll sit at the center of Creative and Marketing, helping us move faster, stay organized, and bring our brand to life in a consistent, impactful way.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $201,000.00 and up to $279,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>In this role, you can expect to</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Implement and scale an end-to-end creative operations model with clear visibility into utilization, capacity, and velocity</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Establish and optimize tools, platforms, and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Lead quarterly creative resourcing planning with senior leadership to align output with business priorities</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Develop data-driven reporting and visualization frameworks that clearly communicate team capacity, resource allocation, cost efficiency, and value creation to senior stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Orchestrate internal and external creative resources, ensuring seamless workflows from intake to delivery</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Streamline complex processes to enable high-velocity, high-quality creative production</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage and optimize the brand OPEX budget to ensure effective allocation of resources</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Oversee external agency partnerships to deliver work on time and within budget</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Lead and develop a high-performing Creative Ops &amp; Production team, driving prioritization and execution excellence</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>To thrive in this role, you have</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">10+ years of experience in creative operations, production, or similar within a fast-paced tech company and/or agency</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">7+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven experience building and scaling creative operations processes (in-house or agency)</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong experience managing large pro
