You’ll lead the engineering team that is empowering iOS developers at Pinterest to build modern, world-class app experiences for Pinners and advertisers with high productivity, performance, and quality.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach and grow a specialized team of iOS engineers.</li> <li>Set the team’s technical vision and roadmap in partnership with Client Platforms and cross-functional product teams.</li> <li>Drive platform modernization that helps product teams adopt modern client architectures and build high-quality experiences.</li> <li>Improve client stability, health metrics, browser compatibility, runtime frameworks and critical dependency currency.</li> <li>Establish clear operating rhythms for planning, two-week sprints, risk management and monthly stakeholder updates.</li> <li>Hire, onboard and develop engineers, creating an inclusive, high-performing team with clear expectations and growth opportunities.</li> <li>Use AI to accelerate engineering workflows and modernization while applying judgment and verification to maintai
