You will join at a defining moment, helping to shape both the technical direction of the platform and the culture of the Brazil hub.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Difference You Will Make:</strong></p> <p>As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the vision and execution of Airbnb’s <strong>Full-Cycle Testing Platform.</strong>Your mission is to move beyond traditional testing silos by building a comprehensive suite of tools that support the entire development lifecycle—from <strong>"Shift-Left"</strong> early validation and unit testing to high-scale, distributed <strong>End-to-End (E2E) automation.</strong></p> <p>You will be a technical leader and a people leader, serving as a <strong>force multiplier</strong> for engineering teams across Airbnb’s global ecosystem.
