Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.</span></p></div><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><strong>The Community You Will Join: </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;">We are looking for an Executive Producer to join our professional in-house multi-disciplinary creative team, offering full production and audiovisual services to our global Airbnb community.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><strong>The Difference You Will Make:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Brings a deep commitment to craft and quality, providing creative direction and thoughtful feedback across projects while leading the development and execution of compelling narratives, spanning multiple platforms, formats, and every stage from ingest to delivery.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Leads some of the team's highest-priority projects and initiatives, including overseeing productions with executive leadership and the CEO to develop and amplify Airbnb's brand messaging and strategic communications.</li> <li>Contributing directly to the team's growth trajectory by helping expand service capabilities, broaden the roster of partners served, and increase the number of projects brought to successful completion year-over-year within our global community.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"><strong>A Typical Day:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Lead local and international productions, directing and hiring large crews with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on the spot, including coordinating with remote broadcast engineers to ensure stable, optimal-quality feeds for remote interviews.</li> <li>Manage multiple projects and/or edits simultaneously, including the oversight of freelance talent and vendors to ensure all post-production related tasks are finished on time and within budget.</li> <li>Manage, assemble and shape digital assets, pulling music tracks or reviewing b-roll to craft cohesive narratives in a digestible and visually appealing format.</li> <li>Lead location scouts, oversee and review shooting scripts and raw materials
