A successful Gen AI PM/SPM should have:

4-10 years experience in building GEN AI Products in Banking, Finance or Ecommerce Space.A strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.MBA Degree from a Tier 1 Institute (IIM, ISB Equivalent)Proven expertise in managing AI-driven products within the financial services industry.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.

Technical ExposureBasic understanding of APIs and backend systemsFamiliarity with data systems, dashboards, and metrics-driven decision-makingExposure to AI / GenAI concepts and practical use casesAbility to work effectively with engineering teams without hands-on coding What's on Offer
