Bring hands-on experience across multiple transportation modes, including shuttles, parking, micromobility, and transit or commuter benefits, with the ability to manage an integrated portfolio. Can turn ambiguous expansion needs into practical plans, budgets, operating standards, and clear decisions while staying close to daily service delivery. Have managed complex vendor relationships and commercial performance, including service levels, budgets, procurement processes, and service recovery. Use data to evaluate demand, service quality, utilization, and cost, and can explain tradeoffs clearly to employees, partners, and leaders. Build effective partnerships across functions, regions, and external providers, and can drive decisions and accountability without relying on formal authority. Apply sound judgment to safety, accessibility, local requirements, and employee data, bringing in the right specialists when needed. Communicate clearly, act on feedback, and remain calm and accountable during service disruptions or changing priorities. Experience with commute-management platforms, transportation demand management, sustainability measurement, or systems integrations is a plus. About OpenAI OpenAI
