Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes based on job requirements. Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary HR interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Eligibility Criteria
Female candidates only. Any Graduate ( 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs). Freshers are welcome to apply. Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR Recruitment.
Salary & Incentives
Freshers: 13,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives. Candidates with HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Internship Experience: 15,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives.
