Group Product Manager, GRC Workflows

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. GRC is at an inflection point. Security and compliance programs have historically run on manual processes, spreadsheet workflows, and a lot of human judgment applied to repetitive decisions. That's changing, and Vanta is driving much of that change. As a Group Product Manager on our team, you'll own product areas at the center of how customers actually run their security and compliance programs day to day. These are the surfaces every Vanta customer touches and where AI can do the most to change how compliance work actually gets done. This isn't about adding an AI layer on top of existing workflow engines. It's about rethinking how thousands of organizations manage their security programs, and building the product teams that ship that vision. You'll lead a group of PMs, set strategy across multiple product areas, and work at the intersection of Vanta's enterprise growth and our AI-first product direction. Vanta's PM team is high-agency, AI-native, and deeply customer-centric. Our PMs own the vision and strategy for their product areas with a strong bias for action and sharp frameworks for making decisions. You'll be leading and developing people who already operate with a lot of autonomy, and your job is to make them even better.
