GTM Engineer

<h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>We are looking for a GTM AI Engineer to help modernize how our revenue organization operates through AI-powered workflows, automation, and business intelligence systems.</p> <p>This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Data, and Business Systems. You will design and build internal AI-driven solutions that improve forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, executive visibility, and go-to-market performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with RevOps, Finance, and GTM leadership to turn fragmented operational processes into scalable AI-enabled systems that generate insights, automate analysis, and help teams make better decisions faster.</p> <p>This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building practical AI applications that directly impact business performance and operational scale.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></h2> <p><strong>AI Workflow &amp; Automation Development</strong></p> <p>Design and implement AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency and automate recurring business processes across the revenue organization.</p> <p>Examples may include:</p> <ul> <li>Weekly forecasting risk analysis</li> <li>Executive business review generation</li> <li>Pipeline health and inspection workflows</li> <li>Revenue performance summaries</li> <li>AI-generated operational insights and recommendations</li> <li>Automated GTM reporting and analysis</li> </ul> <p>You’ll continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve decision-making through AI and automation.</p> <p><strong>Revenue Intelligence &amp; Analytics</strong></p> <p>Build internal intelligence systems that surface actionable insights for GTM leaders and operational teams.</p> <p>This includes:</p> <ul> <li>Forecasting risk signals</li> <li>Performance trend analysis</li> <li>Pipeline quality monitoring</li> <li>Territory and rep performance insights</li> <li>Executive-level KPI reporting</li> <li>Operational anomaly detection</li> </ul> <p>You’ll help create scalable systems that transform raw GTM data into usable business intelligence.</p> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Systems Partnership</strong></p> <p>Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Finance, and Data teams to design scalable internal solutions.</p> <p>You’ll act as both a technical builder and strategic thought partner in modernizing how the business operates through AI.</p> <p><strong>Internal Tooling &amp; Infrastructure</strong></p> <p>Build and maintain the underlying workflows, integrations, and systems powering AI-enabled GTM operations.</p> <p>This may include:</p> <ul> <li>LLM workflows and prompt systems</li> <li>Data pipelines and integrations</li> <li>API-based automations</li> <li>Internal reporting infrastructure</li> <li>Workflow orchestration tools</li> <li>AI agents and operational copilots</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p> <ul> <li>Executive reporting and business reviews are largely automated</li> <li>Forecasting and pipeline risks are proactively surfaced through AI-driven insights</li> <li>Manual operational work is significantly reduced through automation</li> <li>GTM leaders have faster, more reliable access to performance insights</li> <li>Revenue data is trusted, actionable, and operationalized across teams</li> <li>Internal AI systems improve decision quality and execution speed</li> <li>New GTM initiatives can scale without operational bottlenecks</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems, Data Operations, or technical business operations roles</li> <li>Strong experience working with Salesforce and GTM system architecture</li> <li>Experience building workflows, automations, and integrations across business systems</li> <li>Familiarity with APIs, SQL, Python, or workflow orchestration tools</li> <li>Experience using AI tools, LLM platforms, or AI automation frameworks in operational environments</li> <li>Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset</li> <li>Ability
