This is a role for a leader who thrives in a high-growth SaaS environment, can roll up their sleeves to close strategic deals, and knows how to build and develop a winning enterprise team.</p> <p>As Vercel expands its footprint across Northern Europe, this leader will be at the centre of that motion - driving pipeline, landing marquee logos, and positioning Vercel as the default frontend cloud for engineering-led enterprises in the region. You'll partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a best-in-class buying experience for some of the most sophisticated technical buyers in the market.</p> <p>If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.</p> <h2>What You Will Do:</h2> <ul> <li>Own the Northern Europe enterprise number - pipeline, forecasting, and revenue attainment across the UK, Ireland &amp; Nordics</li> <li>Lead, coach, and grow a team of Enterprise AEs, helping them navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with large engineering organizations</li> <li>Build and maintain C-suite and VP-level relationships at priority enterprise accounts across the region</li> <li>Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy in partnership with Marketing, SDR leadership, and Solut
