Intro As our Health Claims lead, you'll own claims decisions on Feather's health MGA books from day one: coverage, declines, settlement amounts, all within policy terms. You'll manage our insurance carrier relationships, decide how we work with service providers, and build the playbook, automations and systems that let the function scale as we grow MGA health claims fast across expat and international health. At Feather, we're building insurance that actually matters to our customers. It rests on three principles: a fully digital experience, modern and flexible plans, and reliable human support. And because we build it all for expats living abroad, we're a genuinely different kind of insurer. Why work at Feather? We're small, lean, and we love what we do.
