Industrial Sales Partner (Commission Based)

Job Responsibilities:

Generate enquiries from manufacturing industries. Identify potential customers and decision makers. Arrange customer meetings and site visits. Coordinate technical discussions with our engineering team. Follow up with prospects and support order closure. Maintain customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.

Compensation:

Attractive performance-based commission structure. Additional incentives for faster order conversion and achievement of sales targets. High earning potential with no upper income limit. Detailed compensation plan will be discussed with shortlisted candidates during the interview process. No upper limit on earnings.

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in industrial sales, machinery sales, capital equipment sales, automation sales, conveyor sales, compressor sales, fabrication projects, or engineering products. Strong network in manufacturing industries. Self-motivated and result-oriented. Ability to generate and qualify leads independently.

Education:

Diploma / B.E. Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering preferred.

Experience:

1–15 years in industrial sales or business development.
