USVC leverages AngelList’s network of 4,500+ active managers running 25,000+ funds and backing 13,000+ active startups to access exposure to tomorrow’s defining companies About the Role: USVC is seeking an Investor Services Specialist to own the self-directed investor experience. This supports every retail investor who puts capital in through usvc.com , from their first KYC check through their tenth reinvestment. You're the primary point of contact for USVC's investors: inbox, call center, onboarding support, and the escalations that could otherwise land with a regulator or on social media. You'll build the playbooks, FAQs, and automations that let investor support scale with the fund.
