This role is hands-on and technical, with a focus on automation, integrations, and cleaning up some of the complexity that’s built up as we’ve grown.</p> <p>In the near term, you’ll spend most of your time building scripts and improving workflows while leveraging AI, and helping us reduce tool sprawl and vendor noise. Over time, we’re looking for someone who can help bring more structure and long-term thinking to how our team operates.</p> <p>If you like solving real problems, working across teams, and turning messy <strong>systems into something that just works, we’d love to talk.</strong></p> <p>This is an in-person role based at our San Francisco headquarters.&nbsp; The successful candidate will be expected to work onsite to effectively collaborate with our team and support our office's IT needs.</p> <h2><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across core IT systems</li> <li>Lead tool consolidation and SaaS lifecycle improvements</li> <li>Own and improve vendor management processes including procurement, renewals, intake, and documentation</li> <li>Partner with Security, Compliance, and People Operations on cross-functional workflow optimization</li> <li>Build and maintain integrations between systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, MDM, and ITSM</li> <li>Contribute to and help enforce IT documentation standards</li> <li>Identify and address tech d
