Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural & Planning Support

Assist in concept planning, layout design, and working drawingsPrepare plans, sections, elevations, and detailing drawingsDraft and modify drawings using AutoCAD (Revit is an added advantage)Prepare area statements, FSI calculations, and compliance chartsRedevelopment & Regulatory Assistance

Support planning as per DCPR 2034 / UDCPR 2020Assist in preparation of existing & proposed redevelopment layoutsPrepare submission drawings for MCGM / NMMC / CIDCO / MHADAAssist in documentation for CC, IOD, OC, Fire, Environmental & allied NOCsPMC & Site Coordination

Attend site visits, surveys, and execution meetingsAssist in GFC drawings, site clarifications, and coordinationMaintain drawing registers, revisions, and site documentationCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal PMC teamsDocumentation & Client Interface

Prepare presentation drawings for society & developer meetingsAssist in reports, MOMs, and technical documentationGain exposure to client meetings and authority visits under guidanceEligibility & Skill Requirements

B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture (completed or final year)Strong command over AutoCAD (mandatory)Basic knowledge of building planning & constructionInterest in redevelopment projects and approval processesGood communication skills and a proactive learning attitudePreferred / Added Advantage

Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / PhotoshopExposure to PMC / site / redevelopment projectsBasic understanding of DCPR / UDCPR / NBCCOA Registration will be an added advantageWhat We Offer
