Carta Law is the largest AI-native law firm for private capital, born from the combination of Avantia Law and Carta. Our lawyers and paralegals work alongside embedded AI agents to deliver investor onboarding, transaction KYC, and high-volume legal work with a speed and consistency that traditional law firms simply can't match. As a Junior Paralegal, you'll work to:</p> <ul> <li>Support lawyers with first-round markups of investment-related NDAs and commercial contracts</li> <li>Manage document lifecycles, track deadlines, communicate with counterparties, and assist with execution</li> <li>Work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals, contributing to high-quality client delivery across fast-moving, high-volume matters</li> <li>Build commercial and legal expertise over time, with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts and progress towards qualification via the SQE route&
