Lead, Early Talent Recruiting Coordination

<p>As the Lead, Early Talent Recruiting Coordination, you will lead a high-performing team that delivers global internship and new graduate hiring. You will own the coordination operating model from intake through offer-stage support, develop the team, strengthen the systems and partnerships that enable growth, and improve the experience for candidates and stakeholders.</p> <p>This role is ideal for an operationally minded leader who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and creating simple, effective systems in a fast-paced, global environment. You will balance regional needs with global priorities and help shape how MongoDB scales its early talent programs, recruiting operations, and industry engagement.</p> <p>We're looking to speak with candidates based in New York City, Philadelphia, Boston, Atlanta, or Austin for our hybrid working model.</p> <h3>What you’ll do</h3> <p>Lead and Develop the Team</p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and develop Early Talent Program Coordinators supporting internship, new graduate, and entry level hiring globally</li> <li>Set clear expectations for performance, service quality, collaboration, and professional growth</li> <li>Build an inclusive team culture grounded in accountability, continuous learning, and excellent stakeholder service</li> <li>Manage capacity, workload allocation, regional coverage, and development plans in partnership with Recruiting leadership</li> </ul> <p>Own Global Coordination Operations</p> <ul> <li>Own the global operating model for Early Talent recruiting coordination, including intake, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer-stage support</li> <li>Establish service standards, operating rhythms, escalation paths, and documentation that enable reliable delivery across regions</li> <li>Forecast hiring demand and coordinate workload and resources to maintain service quality during peak periods</li> <li>Identify operational risks and implement solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability</li> </ul> <p>Partner with Recruiting and Business Stakeholders</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Recruiting leaders, recruiters, hiring managers, program management leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate hiring goals into effective operating plans</li> <li>Build trusted relationships across regions and communicate priorities, progress, risks, and decisions clearly</li> <li>Provide practical guidance on coordination workflows, interview logistics, candidate communication, and process adherence</li> <li>Represent the coordinator team in global planning and process-design discussions</li> </ul> <p>Improve the Candidate and Interviewer Experience</p> <ul> <li>Champion a timely
