Lead Sourcer

<h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2> <p>We’re hiring a Lead Technical Sourcer to help hire exceptional engineers at Chime. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and engineering leaders to develop thoughtful sourcing strategies and engage hard-to-find talent at every level, from individual contributors to senior leadership. You’ll maintain a high bar for the candidate experience while mentoring other sourcers and strengthening how we identify and engage technical talent across Chime.</p> <h2><strong>In this role, you can expect to</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of technical and leadership roles</li> <li>Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive outreach, talent mapping, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels</li> <li>Serve as a strategic talent advisor by sharing market insights, calibrating candidate profiles, and recommending adjustments based on pipeline data</li> <li>Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process</li> <li>Regularly track and analyze pipeline health, sourcing performance, and conversion data to ensure progress and inform internal stakeholders</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and experiment with emerging tools, including AI-enabled recruiting technology</li> </ul> <h2><strong>To thrive in this role, you have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>7+ years of technical sourcing experience</li> <li>Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles</li> <li>A strong understanding of technical roles, terminology, and engineering stacks</li> <li>Experience identifying and engaging niche technical talent across all levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership</li> <li>Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and influence search direction</li> <li>Strong communication and candidate management skills</li> <li>Curiosity about emerging recruiting technologies, including experience experimenting with AI recruiting tools</li> </ul> <p>#LI-Onsite #LI-BE1</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Below is the base salary offered for this role and level of experience.
