<h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>About the role</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">As a Strategic Operations Lead, you will be responsible for owning and orchestrating Company Planning at Chime. This role sits at the center of how we run Chime at the executive level, partnering closely with our executive team and senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to translate our company strategy and priorities into clear, actionable business plans. The team runs Chime’s core operating cadences — working across every function at Chime to connect strategy to execution across company planning, goal setting, product roadmapping, and key executive forums. <strong> </strong>And we “pull the thread all the way through” - we approach our role with an ownership mindset, taking on strategic, ad hoc projects as needed to help improve how Chime’s leaders operate the business.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at <span class="collapsed-field-text">$112,000.00</span> and up to <span class="collapsed-field-text">$155,000.00</span>. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. </span></p> <h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>In this role, you can expect to</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Run and improve Chime’s operating cadences: Lead the planning and execution of company-wide rhythms like annual planning, goal setting, business reviews, and product roadmapping.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, People, and Communications to ensure priorities, plans, and resources stay connected.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Enable executive decision-making: Partner with Analytics and business leaders to prepare materials and recommendations for leadership meetings — and make sure decisions turn into action.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Optimize how Chime plans and operates: Spot opportunities to improve how we work, and lead projects that make our operating model more effective and efficient.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support strategic initiatives: Jump in on high-priority projects that help Chime deliver on its most important goals.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>To thrive in this role, you have</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">6–8 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or similar generalist roles; prior experience in a similar role within tech is a plus but not required.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong business acumen and an analytical mindset — you understand how different parts of a business connect, and you use data and logic to drive decisions.</span></li> <li s
