This role sits at the center of how we run Chime at the executive level, partnering closely with our executive team and senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to translate our company strategy and priorities into clear, actionable business plans. The team runs Chime’s core operating cadences — working across every function at Chime to connect strategy to execution across company planning, goal setting, product roadmapping, and key executive forums. <strong>&nbsp;</strong>And we “pull the thread all the way through” - we approach our role with an ownership mindset, taking on strategic, ad hoc projects as needed to help improve how Chime’s leaders operate the business.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at <span class="collapsed-field-text">$112,000.00</span>&nbsp;and up to <span class="collapsed-field-text">$155,000.00</span>. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
