Hardware Integration Operations sits at the heart of this engine, bridging the gap between hardware engineering design, global supply chains, and data center deployment. Our mission is to ensure our global infrastructure scales seamlessly, reliably, and efficiently by optimizing rack integration, supplier ecosystems, and lifecycle operations.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>As Manager of Hardware Integration Operations, you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for supply coordination, rack engineering readiness, third-party integration, and deployment coordination. You will manage employees across supply-chain operations, rack integration engineering, and technical program management while scaling the team’s capabilities.</p> <p>You will own the team’s day-to-day execution and operating model, ensuring L11 rack builds have the materials, technical requirements, supplier capacity, and deployment readiness needed to support Cloudflare’s infrastructure plans.
