Market Manager, DACH (Hotels)

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

The Community You Will Join

The Airbnb Hotels organization operates with a start-up spirit inside a much larger company. You get the speed, ownership and entrepreneurial energy of a small team, backed by Airbnb's global brand, reach and resources. We're growing fast, and the people who join have an outsized impact on where we go next. For hotels, we are a source of incremental bookings and new demand, helping them grow their business and reach guests they wouldn't find on their own. For guests, we open up a wider world of places to stay and discover. We're building this at scale, and we're looking for people who want to build it with us.

You will also be tasked with developing and refining scalable, localized supply management strategies for both established, competitive markets (such as Berlin, Munich, Vienna, Hamburg) and emerging, untapped markets across your managed regions, aiming to secure our long-term success.
