Overview of the Position We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to own the reporting, measurement, and operational intelligence that enable Marketing leadership to make informed business decisions. This role serves as the operational bridge between Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering — translating business needs into scalable reporting frameworks, standardized operating processes, and AI-enabled insights across multiple business units. This is a data- and systems-oriented role: the ideal candidate brings strong technical and analytical fluency, not a marketing-generalist background, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. The ideal candidate is a curious, highly analytical, and results-oriented professional who enjoys solving business problems through data, process, and technology — not a marketer who moved into operations. They are comfortable partnering with both business and technical stakeholders, translating ambiguous questions into reporting and operational solutions, and are excited to contribute to the evolution of Marketing Operations through automation and AI. Core Responsibilities Marketing Performance & Analytics Analyze Marketing performance across the funnel, pipeline, marketing-originated bookings, and campaign effectiveness to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, in close collaboration with Marketing and Data teams. Ensure data accuracy and timeliness across automated performance scorecarding for lead-to-opportunity conversion, marketing-originated bookings, and marketing return on investment (ROMI), across all in-scope business units. Analyze marketing budget performance and spend attainment to support planning and investment decisions. Reporting & Business Intelligence Own the Marketing reporting suite within the centralized BI/reporting layer, ensuring reports remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs. Partner with the Data Engineering team to define reporting requirements, prioritize enhancements, and validate
