This is a hands-on role spanning the customer journey—from audience acquisition and database health through campaign execution, lead management, and performance reporting. You will combine technical fluency, analytical judgment, and strong cross-functional collaboration to help regional teams launch faster, improve follow-up, and understand what drives results. Key Responsibilities Own the regional operations roadmap. Ensure leads from field events, webinars, and other campaigns enter the agreed qualification and routing processes. Work with Sales Operations, AEs, and SDRs to conduct regular reviews of untouched marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and resolve routing or follow-up gaps. Connect the customer journey. Work with regional marketers and global MarkOps to connect acquisition, engagement, nurture, and sales touchpoints, making relevant customer signals available to the teams that need to act on them. Standardize campaign execution. Develop reusable templates, workflows, and quality checks that help field marketers launch campaigns quickly and consistently, with documented adaptations for local requirements.
