This position is located at the Chinle Service Unit, Division of Quality Management, Employee Health Department, Chinle, AZ. Provides employee health and safety services, including emergency care, hazard prevention, health screenings, immunization compliance, fit testing, exposure reporting, and blood borne pathogen follow-up.
