The People function is critical in driving that effort by executing Mixpanel's people initiatives, partnering with leadership across the employee lifecycle, and providing superior internal support while driving HR operational excellence.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>This is a hybrid role based in London, supporting Mixpanel's EMEA business across our London, Barcelona, and Israel offices. Mixpanel's People Team focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining premier talent. As a People Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and people managers as a consultative partner — providing HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle to support strong teams, a great employee experience, and business results.</p> <p>This role will report to the Senior People Business Partner for Go-To-Market (GTM), and work as an embedded piece of the EMEA GTM organization, partnering with the leadership team and People functions to provide a best-in-class employee experience for all Mixpanelers.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has a broad understanding of HR and a strong foundation in employment practices across EMEA.
