Joining the People Team, you will deliver strategic partnership with leadership in order to create and execute on people strategies that accelerate business objectives, and enable our teams to operate effectively with minimal friction</span><span data-path-to-node="4,3"><sup class="superscript"></sup></span><span data-path-to-node="4,4">. You will balance local expertise across Japan and the broader APAC region with a global mindset, ensuring our talent strategies are deeply integrated into the fabric of the global business</span><span data-path-to-node="4,5"><sup class="superscript"></sup></span><span data-path-to-node="4,6">.</span> </p> <p id="p-rc_8880090bae4f8b06-75" data-path-to-node="5"><span data-path-to-node="5,0">This role is based in our Tokyo office with an office-centric hybrid schedule</span><span data-path-to-node="5,1"><sup class="superscript"></sup></span><span data-path-to-node="5,2">. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Thursday and one additional day of choice, which may be determined by your team</span><span data-path-to-node="5,3"><sup class="superscript"></sup></span><span data-path-to-node="5,4">.
