You'll work closely with teams across Talent Acquisition and Employer branding, gaining hands-on experience in how data, digital marketing and operational processes support hiring at scale.</p> <h2>What you'll do</h2> <ul> <li>Support the day-to-day monitoring of paid recruitment marketing campaigns and flag anything that needs attention</li> <li>Keep job listings live, accurate and correctly categorised across active boards</li> <li>Support weekly performance reporting across impressions, clicks, applications, cost per application and candidate pipeline contribution, and flag unusual performance or budget pacing.</li> <li>Coordinate creative feedback between the TA team, Employer Brand and external agencies</li> <li>Research markets, audiences and competitors to help sharpen the marketing approach</li> <li>Help improve recurring workflows and identify opportunities to make processes more efficient and support recurring operational tasks across the team</li> </ul> <h2>You'll be great for this role if…</h2> <ul> <li>Currently studying Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Data Analytics or a related field</li> <li>Some hands-on exposure to marketing, recruitment, creative content or communications&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English</li> <li>Comfortable working with spreadsheets and interpreting basic campaign metrics</li> <li>You're detail-oriented, organised and comfortable taking ownership of recurring tasks</li> <li>Interested in digital marketing, data and how processes can be improved</li> </ul> <h2>Why you should join SumUp 🎉</h2> <p>🌎 Opportunity to work with SumUppers globally on fintech products used by millions of businesses worldwide, from our Berlin office at Ostbahnhof</p> <p>🌈 Be part of an inclusive and collaborative environment where different perspectives are valued</p> <p>🏖️ 28 days of paid leave plus public holidays and special leave days, pro-rated&lt
